CADI Waiver renamed the Community Access for Disability Inclusion Waiver

The 2015 Minnesota Legislature changed the name of the CADI Waiver from Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals to Community Access for Disability Inclusion. The name change reflects person-first language. The new name is effective immediately. Please note: The CADI acronym will stay the same.

DHS currently is in the process of updating online content to reflect this change.
