DHS
and the University of Minnesota's Institute on Community Integration seek lead
agencies, case management agencies and providers to apply for a yearlong
training and technical assistance program. The program will
help groups implement the organizational changes required for more
person-centered supports.
We will accept up to
eight agencies for the program, which starts in April 2016. Applications are
due Feb. 29, 2016.
