Minnesota companies exported $5.5B in agricultural, mining and manufactured products in the fourth quarter of 2014, which brought the year to a record $21.4 billion in exports, according to DEED.

Construct Tomorrow

A free, hands-on exploration of careers in the construction trades will be open exclusively to high school students in the NE MInn region from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tues., March 10. The event is held by Construct Tomorrow, a consortium of apprenticeship skills instructors, prime and sub-contractors, public sector representatives from workforce development and labor, and youth educators with the goal of making students aware of apprenticeship training opportunities and careers in the construction industry. The free event will be held at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center Paulucci Hall. DEED is a sponsor.
