Networking with Business Cards

The business card is a networking necessity. Not everyone will want a copy of your resume when you meet them, especially if it's at a professional networking mixer, a social function or even a party at your brother-in-law's home. That's where the business card comes in. Read more here.

Social Security Changes

Beginning August 2014, the Social Security Administration will no longer issue Social Security number printouts in its field offices. Individuals, who need proof of their Social Security number and cannot find their card, will need to apply for a replacement card.

In addition, later this year, the field offices will stop providing benefit verification letters, except in emergency situations. Benefit verifications are available online, and can be obtained by registering for a Social Security account at my Social Security or requested through a national toll-free number (1-800-772-1213).
