to meet April 14 in Lansing
The Board of State Canvassers will meet at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 14 in fourth-floor training room of the Austin Building, 430 W. Allegan St., Lansing.
Included on the agenda will be:
- Consideration of meeting minutes for approval.
- Consideration of whether a recall petition filed on March 22 by Ryan Flamand states factually and clearly each reason for the recall of Berrien County Treasurer Bret Witkowski.
- Consideration of whether a recall petition filed on April 2 by Emil Mattson, Jr. states factually and clearly each reason for the recall of Chippewa County Sheriff Robert Savoie.

of initiative petition form submitted for approval by the Committee to Ban
Fracking in Michigan, P.O. Box 490, Charlevoix, Michigan 49720.
- Such other and further business as may be properly presented to the Board.
Attending and speaking at a Board of State Canvassers meeting
A person may address the board on any agenda item at the end of the meeting. A person who wishes to address the board on an agenda item at the time the item is being discussed must submit a written request to the chairperson of the board prior to the opening of the meeting. People addressing the board are allotted three minutes.
