Updated Forms

Presidential Primary - March 8, 2016

The Presidential Primary forms have been sent to print vendors to start producing.  The following forms will need to be modified and used specifically for the Presidential Primary:

  • Application to Vote
  • AV Applications
  • Ballot Marking Instructions

The forms are similar to those used in the 2012 Presidential Primary. All forms will be available on the BOE's Information for Election Administrators webpage after the upcoming November 3rd local elections.

Recall Petitions

In March all petition forms except the Recall Petition were modified.  Print vendors are now in the process of modifying the Recall Petition to become uniform with all of the other petition forms.  All old stock of the Recall Petitions should be destroyed and replaced with the new version when they are available.  BOE will notify clerks via the News Update at that time.

QVF System Maintenance

The Bureau of Elections technical staff will perform routine system maintenance on the QVF this coming weekend (September 19 and 20).  It is very important that all QVF Replica Sites (larger cities and townships with servers and all counties) leave their QVF servers on over the weekend.  The servers must be turned on in order to receive an important update.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Overseas Vote

Foundation Emails

The Overseas Vote Foundation has sent out their annual email asking local Clerks to verify their contact information. This is a legitimate organization that works diligently with military and overseas voters. Please take a moment to verify your contact information with OVF.
