New Items in Director's Corner

The EAC held an Election Data Summit last week and invited Elections Director Chris Thomas to participate.  Of particular interest were two talks regarding customer service and data.  The first presented by Matt Boehmer, Director of the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP), titled "Be a shoe company – Serving voters like our customers".  And the second by Amber McReynolds, Director of Elections for the City and County of Denver, titled  "View it from a different angle– How to improve efficiency while serving voters better".

Both offer a unique way to look at the voter experience and how to measure customer service and productivity.

Links to the talks can be found in the eLearning Center, in the Director's Corner listed in the scrolling newsfeed.
