You are invited to the Addison Oaks Park Master Planning Open House Thursday, Oct. 23 from 4 - 7 p.m. at the park’s concession building.
With input from more than 400 park users, a draft plan for the next 10 years at Addison Oaks County Park was developed. Here’s your chance to learn about existing facilities and future concepts and provide your input about the park. We need your help to complete the plan.
The open house is a drop-in event and will be focused on the Ten-Year Park Vision and the following master planning concepts: natural resource management, park trails and regional connectivity, Adams Lake Beach and picnic area, Buhl Lake boating and fishing, disc golf course, entertainment and recreation complex, camping and cabins, Lake George Road fields, Historic Buhl Estate, equestrian amenities, proposed dog park and organized programs and events.
The park entry fee is waived to those participating in the open house. RSVPs are appreciated, but not required. For more information or to RSVP, call Donna Folland at 248-736-9087.
