The Michigan Gaming Control Board has updated the millionaire party licensing process.
The following millionaire party forms have been revised on the Michigan Gaming Control Board website:
-
Millionaire Party Event Application
- Millionaire Party License Change Form
- Millionaire Party Financial Statement
- Millionaire Party Game Records
When applying for a millionaire party event license, please go to our website at www.michigan.gov/mgcb for the most up-to-date forms.
Millionaire party event applications must be received six weeks prior to the event day. The Board may issue up to two licenses per day at a single location, however, the licenses will not be issued to run simultaneously. Additionally, if two licenses are issued at the same location, the beginning time for the second event must be at least 30 minutes after the first event’s end time.
If you have any questions regarding the application process, please contact us at (313) 456-4940.
