This position will complete the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all commercial building equipment including electrical, mechanical, fire, plumbing, and HVAC systems to achieve increased efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects with little supervision while meeting deadlines. 

This role includes a 40 hour work week with some weekends.  A minimum of five years of commercial building maintenance experience and HVAC EPA certification is required.
