Process Engineer - The Process Engineer will implement the standard process control for all existing and new injection molding tools within our facility. The Process Engineer will be responsible for training technicians and die setters in how to be efficient in their day-to-day responsibilities. Essential duties will include establishing training and continuous improvement with technicians and die setters, establishing the processing standards for all existing and new tooling, evaluating and correcting all high scrap issues on all jobs, the ability to troubleshoot, start up, shut down, and program all robots within the facility, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must have three to five years of experience in process engineering and strength in mold design, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.

Process Technician I – The Process Technician I will work with the production team members to ensure process methods are met and obtained, while also providing technical support to the Manufacturing facility. Essential duties include accurately maintaining and completing the Process Monitor sheet, evaluating equipment for proper operation, notifying maintenance for work orders when necessary, seeking continuous improvement methods to improve efficiency, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must possess basic computer skills, knowledge of different types of resins, a high school diploma or GED, and less than two years of experience in processing of Injection Molding, including technical experience.

Maintenance Technician I – The Maintenance Technician I will provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production, in addition to performing scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Essential duties include performing mechanical skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance to all machinery, adherence to all safety and environmental standards, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must possess safe work habits, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, acetylene cutting, and arc welding, and knowledge and application of disposal of maintenance fluids and waste as governed by the Environmental Protection Agency. A Journeyman’s Maintenance card is preferred, or four years of experience in an industrial setting.

Candidates
will attend an initial six week paid training program and must be able to fulfill
all training requirements including 100 percent attendance in all classes. Candidates
selected for these positions will be provided comprehensive training and must
independently and effectively resolve a variety of customer inquiries that
are scripted or have specific call handling guidelines in place.
Upon
successful completion of the training program, all employees are assigned a new
work schedule through a shift bid process based on seniority. New employees
have a six month probationary period and must meet all training and performance
expectations during that time.

main focus of this new position will be to help MMTC clients address this
challenge.
Candidates
must have extensive materials background relevant to lightweighting, five or more
years of experience with authoring technical papers, reports, or program plans
for technical and non-technical audiences, five or more years of experience with
research in materials in a government or industrial environment, and a BS
degree in Chemistry, Metallurgical, Material Science, or Engineering.
