Michigan Airport Directory now available as a mobile application

There's a new handy mobile app for quickly locating information about all 234 licensed public-use airports in Michigan. This free app for Apple and Android devices supplements the current print and online versions of the Office of Aeronautics's Michigan Airport Directory and was produced in collaboration with the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) and MDOT staff.
The Mi Airports Directory app offers interactive maps and icons for searching directory pages by an associated city, airport name, or airport identifier. It does not require a data connection, allowing users to operate all of the app's functions even in airplane mode. An update button at the top of the menu provides an easy way to get new versions of the maps as updates become available.
