Join us on June 4 at Great Wolf Lodge and Conference Center in Traverse City for the Northern Michigan regional Green Infrastructure Conference. This conference expands on the 2014 statewide conference to highlight a broad range of benefits and opportunities provided by Green Infrastructure (GI) planning and preservation in northern Michigan. Find out how GI is already being used in the region, and how working together through partnerships can make GI a success in your own area.

Conference Highlights

Highlights of this conference will include case studies, best management practices, and national perspectives in the morning with afternoon breakout sessions focusing on two tracks: Technical/Engineering and Planning/Policy.

Optional pre-conference activities on June 3 include a field trip to tour Cherry Capital Foods Green Roof and Suttons Bay Rain Gardens and an informal reception at The Workshop Brewery.

This event has been approved for 5 Continuing Education Credits and 5 Professional Development Hours.
