Technical Panel Issues Report on Bureau of Parks and Lands Outcome Based Forestry Agreement

The Maine Forest Service’s Outcome Based Forestry (OBF) technical panel has issued its report on the OBF agreement between MFS and the Bureau of Parks and Lands (BPL). The report finds that BPL is attaining or making progress toward attaining the outcomes in the agreement.
