Residents attending this year's Agricultural Fair were invited to compete in a Office of Cable and Broadband Services Twitter Scavenger Hunt.
Competitors were asked to capture images of listed hunt items around the fairgrounds. A first, second and third place winner were awarded at the completion of the contest.

Inspections

Our inspectors work with cable TV providers to ensure that inspection concerns are addressed in an efficient manner. At the date of this report over 96% of the violations reported this year have been resolved. For a complete report of inspection statistics click here.

Complaint Resolution

The Office of Cable and Broadband services team work with residents and cable TV providers to help resolve most complaints as quickly as possible. In the third quarter of 2013 our efforts led to a 3.6 day turn around for resolved complaints. For a complete report of customer service statistics please click here.

FCC Compliance
The FCC regulates the speed at which cable and broadband providers are expected to respond to consumer service requests.
