New DPS Permit Fees

DPS New Fee Structure Easier, More Predictable

Beginning July 1, the DPS fee structure for new building permits moves to a simpler, more predictable square-foot rate. Rates are based on cost centers for work related to types of permits.

As part of our ongoing improvement and modernization of service delivery, DPS has continued to expand online eServices, which now includes commercial building, fire alarm and protection systems and expansion of online payment to include ACH (automated clearing house) payments for online permits.
