Monroe Street Lane Closures
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Monroe Street for utility work. Starting at 9:00 a.m. today, Monday, September 17, 2012 temporary lane closures will be implemented along Monroe Street just north of Washington Boulevard. These lane closures are expected to remain in effect for approximately two weeks.
Variable message signs will be posted in the area to alert motorists of the lane closures. Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for shifting traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
