Portion of Woodbourne Avenue to Close for Utility Work

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of Woodbourne Avenue will close for the installation of a new sanitary sewer line. 

Starting on or about Tuesday, April 7, 2020, Woodbourne Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Loch Raven Boulevard and The Alameda with detours in effect.  This portion of Woodbourne Avenue will remain closed until approximately June 7, 2020.  Access for local traffic will be maintained during construction. 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes. 

Suggested Detour Routes:

• Eastbound Woodbourne Avenue traffic will be detoured south on The Alameda, east on Winston Avenue, then north on Loch Raven Boulevard back to Woodbourne Avenue.
• Westbound Woodbourne Avenue traffic will be detoured north on Loch Raven Boulevard, west on Belvedere Avenue, then south on The Alameda back to Woodbourne Avenue.
