Notice of Public Hearing

 

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on December 17, 2014, on a proposed Agreed Board Order with American Synthetic Rubber Company. ASRC is alleged to have violated District Regulations 1.07 (Excess Emissions during Startups, Shutdowns, and Upset Conditions) and 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits) at its facility located at 4500 Camp Ground Road.

Written comments from the public will be accepted by the Board, Rachael Hamilton, Secretary-Treasurer, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. December 16, 2014. Written comments will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “airorders@louisvilleky.gov”. Oral comments will be accepted at the public hearing on December 17, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville.
