The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BOZA) will be hearing Case #14CUP1011 on Monday, August 18th at 8:30 a.m. regarding the Newcomer Funeral Home Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application for the construction of a crematory on the property at 10304 Dixie Highway.
The BOZA meeting is held at the Old Jail Building, 514 W. Liberty Street.

Fowler Forum set for Tuesday, September 16th at 6:30 p.m.
The next Fowler Forum Community Meeting will be held at Conrad Bachmann Auditorium at Valley High School on Tuesday, September 16th beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Councilwoman Fowler is continuing her commitment to be available to the constituents of District 14 by hosting community meetings that can serve as a forum for residents to voice their concerns, address issues, and make suggestions regarding metro government.
All residents are encouraged to attend and get updates on what's going on in our community.
Representatives of LMPD, MSD, Code Enforcement, and Congressman John Yarmuth's office will be on hand to answer questions.
