ICRC releases FY 2015-18 Strategic Plan The Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC) approved its Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2015-18 today. Student Essay Contest Winners Announced The Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC) announced today the winners of their First Annual Student Essay Contest.
