Monday, January 6, 2014 until 10 a.m. on January 7, 2014 with the
exception of essential public safety and critical services personnel, employees
will be paid pursuant to the Emergency Conditions Leave Policy and Emergency Conditions Leave Responsibilities and Procedures.
If you did not work during the closing, record
your time as Other Paid Leave (OLV code in PeopleSoft) and insert the
phrase “emergency conditions leave” in the comments section.
