The Indiana FirstNet Connect

Welcome from IPSC

IPSC Logo

Greetings!

The Integrated Public Safety Commission (IPSC) is excited to share, with stakeholders across Indiana, information and updates on the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network, also known as the First Responder Network Authority or FirstNet.  Thank you for taking the time to read the initial communication from the Indiana FirstNet program.  The federal process for selecting a vendor to implement this national network is still pending, but we plan to send out updates through this newsletter, our website (www.in.gov/ipsc), Facebook and Twitter.  We know that your time is valuable and we will only share information that IPSC feels is important for our stakeholders to know.  Continue reading to learn more about FirstNet, an announcement for a conference in 2017, and ways to stay in touch with the Indiana FirstNet project team.  As always, if you see any of our IPSC staff at an industry-related conference, please introduce yourself and learn more about FirstNet.  Have a great holiday season and a Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

David Vice, IPSC Executive Director
