Over 400 in Attendance at 8th Annual IBE Education Conference

The 8th Annual Indiana Black Expo Education Conference drew more than 400 teachers, administrators and others concerned with educational resources. The educators received and exchanged best practices and professional development training specifically regarding cultural competency. Bloom Project Inc.'s Kings Feast 2015 Set for August 1st

The Bloom Project, Inc. in partnership with the in ICRC and the Indiana Commission on the Social Status of Black Males, is hosting the Kings Feast Symposium 2015 on Saturday, August 1, 2015. The prestigious event is catered toward young minority males 12-18 years of age, who are considered to be the next generation of leaders. Meyer Joins ICRC as Deputy Director of External Affairs
The Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC) announced the hiring of Christine Meyer as the Deputy Drector of External Affairs. Meyer joins the ICRC after serving to increase diversity and inclusion awareness with Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana. As the Deputy Director of External Affairs, Meyer is now responsible for managing the direction of the education and outreach efforts of the ICRC, as well providing guidance for the five cultural commissions that are held within the agency...more

The Deputy Director of the ICRC pursuant to statutory authority and procedural regulations, hereby issues the following findings with respect to the case.
