 RHTC Announcement February 25th
With
fifty applications received in November 2015 requesting just under $42.4
million in federal rental housing tax credits and $16.1 million in supplemental IHCDA funding, the RHTC
program is highly competitive. At the February 25, 2016 IHCDA Board of
Directors Meeting, chaired by Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann, the Real Estate
Department will present their recommendations for the 2016 RHTC Awards.

resources governed by Indiana's Consolidated Plan? Well now is your chance! We invite stakeholders to take a short survey to tell us what you perceive as the greatest needs and priorities for
the CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA programs. The survey will be open until February 8, 2016.
