 This Wednesday, October 29, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., an open house public meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore/Evanston to discuss the Emerson St., Ridge Ave., Green Bay Rd. intersection improvement project.
