Provide Your Input On 2019 Budget Priorities

Provide your input on programs and services for the 2019 fiscal year by completing the City's Priority-based Budget survey. The survey, which asks community members to rank 46 programs and services, is now available online. Print copies will be available at Evanston Public Library locations and community centers by Fri., May 11. The survey deadline is Thurs., June 7.

City Vehicle Fleet Named Among '100 Best'

The City of Evanston’s Fleet Operations has been named one of "The 100 Best Fleets in the Americas." Fleet Operations staff maintain repair services for the City's approximately 350 pieces of equipment, including police vehicles, fire apparatuses, public works and forestry trucks and equipment, utility vehicles and more. Evanston was one of only six Illinois vehicle fleets to be recognized.


Pavement Patching Planned at 150 Locations

The City is patching large areas of asphalt pavement at approximately 150 locations throughout Evanston this month. The work will improve the condition of nearly 27,000 square yards of pavement. A map of locations is available online.
