Pure Fishing’s Parent Company Merging with Rubbermaid

The Wall Street Journal has reported that Jarden Corp., the parent company of fishing industry giant Pure Fishing, is merging with Georgia based Newell Rubbermaid, the makers of Sharpie and Rubbermaid food containers.

New Spotted Seatrout Regulations 

Board members unanimously approved the increase of the minimum-size regulation for spotted seatrout from 13 inches to 14 inches, total length with an effective date of January 1, 2016.
