NAPLES – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s South District, Collier County and the Above Board Chamber of Florida are hosting a luncheon meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at the North Collier Regional Park in Naples. Attendees will explore “The Bottom Line on Permitting” and learn how to work with local and state governments to increase economic growth in southwest Florida.

The business community is invited to learn about construction and development permitting from a panel of field experts, including Florida Department of Environmental permit team leaders Megan Mills and Dr. Ahmadi; Dan Waters, Director of the Service Center at the South Florida Water Management District; Brianne McGuffie, senior project manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and James C. French, deputy administrator of Collier County’s growth management division.

Reservations include lunch and are due on or before Jan. 23. A $25 registration fee will be honored through that date. Later reservations will be subject to a $30 registration fee. The department encourages attendees to book early as space is limited. To reserve a seat for this luncheon, click here or call the Above Board Chamber at 230-910-7426 for more information.
