JOB FAIR HIGHLIGHTS VETERAN RECRUITMENT 

~DEP's South District aims to recruit and assist military veterans~

CAPE CORAL – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection recognizes the importance of helping veterans and military spouses find meaningful employment, affordable housing and education resources.

The department’s South District is participating in a veterans outreach event, sponsored by the Office of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and the Invest in America's Veterans Foundation, to provide information to veterans and other military job seekers about opportunities at the department. District staff will also provide education on how to access the online job search and the general application process to work for the state of Florida.
