DEP TO HOST PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING GAINESVILLE RENEWABLE ENERGY CENTER

~Public invited to provide input on Title V Air Operation Permit~

GAINESVILLE – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is hosting a public meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 5 to accept public comments regarding the draft Title V Air Operation Permit for the Gainesville Renewable Energy Center. 

The meeting is being held in an open house format, which will give interested parties a chance to stop by at their convenience and talk one-on-one with the department’s technical staff about the permit process and proposed provisions of the permit. Both written and oral comments will be accepted.
