Dear Ms. Kremers:

Collier Resources made a public pledge at the July 8, 2014, Collier County Commission meeting that all future oil and gas exploration activities on their property will strictly prohibit methods similar to those used by the Dan A. Hughes Company in its workover operations.

As such, I ask that you confirm this prohibition in writing. I expect this confirmation before the July 15, 2014 deadline.

The residents of Collier County expect your cooperation as we continue moving forward in this matter and as you attempt to rebuild their trust.
