ISSUES CALL FOR BUSINESS PLANS FOR CONCESSIONS AT GRAYTON BEACH STATE PARK
~Proposals
are sought to enhance services at this popular park in Santa Rosa
Beach~
TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Department of Environmental
Protection’s Florida Park Service has issued a Call for Business Plans seeking
proposals to enhance visitor services at Grayton Beach State Park in Santa Rosa
Beach.
Possible services may include, but are not
limited to
- Food and beverage services;
- Merchandise resale;
- Recreational equipment rental; and/or
- Event management services.
All potential proposers are required to
attend a mandatory on-site meeting on Thursday, July 10 at 2 p.m. (CDT). The deadline to submit
a proposal is Wednesday, July 30.
More than 170,000 people visit Grayton Beach
State Park for camping, cabins, more than a mile of white sand beach, canoeing
and kayaking on Western Lake, fishing, and picnicking.
