SEEKS BUSINESS PARTNER FOR VISITOR SERVICES AT FORT CLINCH STATE PARK
~Department seeks vendor to provide additional services at busy state
park~
TALLAHASSEE,
Fla. – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Florida Park
Service has re-issued a Call for Business Plans seeking a concession partner at
Fort Clinch State Park. The department’s concession partner will operate the
Visitor Center, which includes tour sales, food and
beverage service, merchandise resale, special events, recreational equipment
rentals and more. The proposals are due no later than 5 p.m. EST,
Monday, June 15, 2015. Those interested in submitting a proposal
must attend a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, May 27 at Fort Clinch
State Park at 9:30 a.m.
In fiscal year 2014, there were more than 260,000 visitors to Fort Clinch State Park,
generating more than $20 million in direct economic impact.
