JNC Recommends Six Candidates for DC Superior Court Vacancies

 On September 30, 2015, the DC Judicial Nomination Commission recommended to the President six candidates for the vacancies on DC Superior Court created by the retirements of Judges Ann O'Regan Keary and Harold L. Cushenberry, Jr. 

Mark D. Back, Ralph C. Ferrara, and Hon. Elizabeth C. Wingo are recommended for Judge Keary's vacancy, and Alan R. Burch, Lee W. Jackson, and Jason D. Tulley are recommended for Judge Cushenberry's vacancy.  The President has 60 days within which to select a nominee for each vacancy.
