Notice of Temporary Adoption - Election Rules for Recall

Please see the attached Notice of Temporary Adoption relating to the Colorado Election Rules [8 CCR 1505-1]. New Rule 32.7 is temporarily adopted and effective immediately. The attached document includes the new rules, a statement of basis/purpose, and a statement of justification.
