The Division of Real Estate makes an effort to have all public meetings and educational opportunities live and accessible to the public by allowing any interested party to sign up for a webcast.
In addition, the HOA Information & Resource Center offers free webinars on a variety of topics throughout the year. Learn about helpful resources and join in the conversation about your rights and obligations while living in an HOA community. Topics and locations change monthly.

Attorney Perspectives - Homeowners’ Rights and Legal Proceedings In Colorado
Are you curious about HOA law? Having difficulties, maybe even a legal dispute, with your association but you are not sure where to go or who to talk to? Join the HOA Information Officer and attorneys from the Colorado law firm Robinson & Henry, P.C. for a presentation, followed by a question & answer session, on homeowners’ rights and responsibilities under the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOA”).
