Home Destroyed by Fire in the Foothills Near Boulder

On Saturday, February 6, 2016 at
approximately 8:44 pm, members from American Medical Response, Left Hand Fire
Protection District, Lyons Fire, Hygiene Fire, Boulder Mountain Fire, Boulder
Emergency Squad, and Deputies from the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office
responded to 8300 block of Larkspur Road in unincorporated Boulder County,
Colorado for the report of a structure fire.
A detached studio apartment on the
property caught on fire and became fully engulfed in flames and was a total
loss. Due to the coordinated response by
all agencies involved, the fire was contained and extinguished. Members from the Multi Agency Fire
Investigation Team responded to investigate.
No injuries were reported. At
this the cause of the fire is unknown.
