How do I find my pass number and barcode?
You can view your pass number and barcode by following a few steps:
- Sign in to your Sunnyvale Activities online account.
- Under "Payment and Order Management, " select "Transaction and Payment History."
- Membership sales will appear, including your receipt number.
- Select the receipt number by clicking on the link.
- Scroll down to find the barcode and pass number (e.g.: SV12345678).

You can view how many visits are left on your active pass by following a few simple steps:
- Sign in to your Sunnyvale Activities online account.
- Under "Other Services, " select "Memberships."
- Your membership information will be shown, including:
- Pass #
- Type of membership
- The usage and expiry date
- Any limitations of usage
