Hello All,

Please see the below invitation for people who live and/or work in Riverside to participate in the Riverside Smart Code Specific Plan Consultant Interviews on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 5:30-8:00pm.  The Interviews will be held in the Council Chambers at Riverside City Hall.  There will be presentations from two potential consultants with an opportunity to ask questions.  The meeting will end with a rating process that attendees are invited to participate in.

The City of Riverside’s Smart Code Specific Plan Project seeks to re-envision much of the commercial, office and industrial zoned properties throughout the City.  A key piece of this is the old Riverside Golf Course property and the Ab Brown Soccer Complex in the Northside Neighborhood.  This is a very important project that encompasses nearly 20% of the City area and the City is seeking input and participation throughout the process, beginning with the selection of the most appropriate consultant team to assist us with this exciting endeavor.
