Community feedback sought for Highway 49 safety concepts

Free medication take-back at 13 Placer County locations Oct. 28

Don’t let unused prescription and over-the-counter drugs fall into the wrong hands. Get rid of them for free at one of 13 locations around the county later this month. Learn more


Fee and tax relief offered to mobile home/ manufactured home owners who have never obtained title and registration

People who purchased a mobile home or manufactured home but didn't receive the necessary title to the property now have a chance to properly register their homes with the new California Department of Housing and Community Development Fee and Tax Waiver Program - and avoid paying hundreds or even thousands of dollars in state and local taxes, fees and penalties. As many as 160,000 people could be eligible for the program. Learn more
