Expect delays on GGT and GGF due to BART strike
Golden Gate Bridge District sent this bulletin at 10/18/2013 01:32 PM PDTBased on our experience during the BART strike in July, Golden Gate Transit and Golden Gate Ferry are expecting delays for this afternoon's commute north. During the last BART strike, we had additional riders on Larkspur Ferry. In addition, there were delays in northbound traffic, due to the added East Bay traffic trying to access the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge from northbound Highway 101, which impacted the the travel times for our northbound buses. We will run our regularly scheduled services and we will do our best to keep service delivery on time.
