Golden Gate Bus & Ferry onboard passenger survey

Between September 15 and November 20, the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District (GGBHTD) will be surveying our regional bus and ferry passengers to gather input on our services. Information collected in the individual surveys will be confidential and survey results will be used to plan services to better serve our customers.

Representatives of Corey, Canapary & Galanis will perform the onboard surveying and will be easily identifiable by a "Surveyor" badge with GGBHTD logo. Surveying will occur throughout the service day and surveyors can assist passengers with completing their survey, if necessary.
