Rider Alerts: Crowds expected on SF-Larkspur PM trips & Sold out Giants Ferry
Golden Gate Bridge District sent this bulletin at 07/10/2015 01:02 PM PDTThis is an important rider alert for Golden Gate Ferry customers regarding anticipated crowds on this afternoon's Larkspur Ferry service and regarding Giants Ferry service this weekend.
Due to the Doyle Drive closure, we carried many more ferry passengers than usual this morning and are anticipating overloads on this afternoon's SF-Larkspur commute trips. Riders should consider taking earlier trips at 3:00 or 3:30, later trips at 8:10 or 9:35, or our added late-night trips at 10:45 or midnight.
All Giants Ferry trips to and from the ballpark for this weekend's home games are sold out (except for Saturday's trip to AT&T Park--some tickets remain). Fans unable to get Giants Ferry tickets can ride regular Larkspur Ferry service to the SF Ferry Building and walk to/from the ballpark.
