Service to Arcadia, Monrovia, Duarte, Irwindale and Azusa will Begin Saturday, March 5, 2016!

The countdown to passenger service has begun! Today, at a press conference in front of Metro headquarters, Metro Chairman Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas and Metro CEO Phil Washington announced that the Foothill Gold Line from Pasadena to Azusa will begin passenger service on Saturday, March 5, 2016.

Today’s announcement follows the on-time, on-budget substantial completion of the 11.5-mile, six station project by the Construction Authority last month.

We now have another historic day to look forward to.
