Notice of Funding Available

Alameda County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide HOPWA funding for housing operating costs, supportive services, permanent housing placement and information and referral services that serve people living with HIV/AIDS throughout the County.  Funding released this year’s RFP includes:

• Facility-Based Housing Operating Costs: Operating Costs in Housing Units that are dedicated to people with HIV/AIDS
• Supportive Services for people with HIV/AIDS
• Permanent Housing Placement
• Information and Referral Services

More information on the RFP process will be provided at the Mandatory Bidders Conference held at 224 W. Winton Avenue, Room 160 (Public Hearing Room) at 10 AM on April 2.  The RFP will be handed out to those who attend the meeting.  The sign in sheet will determine your eligibility to apply for funding.
