Your Input is Invited! AC Transit's Community Meetings about Ward Redistricting

AC Transit is about to begin the redistricting process, which involves adjusting ward boundaries in order to equalize populations following the federal census. We will soon be holding meetings to discuss and receive community input on proposed redistricting plans. We have also developed a webpage to keep the public informed, involved, and up-to-date on the process.
Starting in mid-October, community meetings will be held throughout the District. We hope you’ll contribute your input about the potential adjustments to ward boundaries by attending one of these meetings. You can also submit your own redistricting plan(s) for consideration by contacting Linda Nemeroff, District Secretary at districtsecretary@actransit.org.
